My recent stay at the Drei Raben in Nuremberg surpassed all my expectations, despite a rocky start. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to rectify any mishaps, such as an early wake-up call and a misplaced credit card, set the tone for a remarkable experience. The hotel's prime location, just a stone's throw from the train station and nestled in the heart of the city, was incredibly convenient. I was delighted by the warm welcome and valuable recommendations provided by Ralph, who also graciously upgraded me to a charming room on the top floor.One standout feature for me was the attention to detail in the room amenities. From the thoughtful turn-down service with a small gift to the personalized welcome sign and cookies, every moment felt special. The breakfast offerings were exceptional, with the option for customized eggs and high-quality Molton Brown toiletries in the bathroom. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's rest, allowing me to fully appreciate the parquet floors and the flat-screen TV for some evening relaxation. The Drei Raben not only met but exceeded my stringent criteria for a top-tier hotel experience, making it a standout choice in Nuremberg for both its modern comforts and historical charm.
